Reservation
Reservation requests can be done by a simple e-mail, indicating exactly the room selected and the days you want to stay. The reservation will be valid after the
payment of the total amount. The reservation will be accepted only if accompanied by a copy of the details of payment of the deposit. You will receive an email confirmation of received payment
and reservation. We do not accept cheques or bank transfer. We do not give credit to everyone.
Check-in & Check-out
· Check-in is from 14.00 to 20.00 on the day of your arrival (unless indicated otherwise)
. Special night check-in are available under request.
· Check-out is from 8.00 am to 10.00 am on the day of your departure (unless indicated otherwise)
Payment
We accept all the credit card with the
logo Maestro, VPay, Mastercard, Visa e American Express. We also accept cash
(currency euro only) and Paypal payments. Every other payment is not allowed.
Cancellation
In case of a cancellation up to 7 days before the stay we will refund your deposit.
In case of a cancellation less than 7 days before the stay or a non-cancellation, your payment will not be refunded.
